Reverting the possibility to choose the type of ads in the list view for two reasons:
- There were some stability issues caused by Libraries of Google.
- Looks like people did not read the change log or even the dialog where you can choose the type of ads and gave a lot of bad ratings. It is quite frustrating when you add an optional(!) feature and people even complain about that.
For both reasons, it is unlikely that I will re-introduce this feature in a future version.

Based on input from a lot of users, the app now let you choose the preferred type of ads.
You can choose between:
- A permanent as banner at the bottom of the screen (like before)
- An ad which scrolls with the content of the folder/track list
This can be changed any time in the preferences.
